Susan Johnson| Fitness Instructor

Susan started taking yoga classes during her lunch hour because it was a reprieve from the office air conditioning in the summer. After years of her head being buried in books and computers while earning her civil engineering technology degree and beginning her career in engineering and construction, Susan loved getting reconnected to her body and clearing her mind. Yoga quickly became a part of her life and she took classes at every studio she could find. Often dubbed the “studio gypsy”, she has tried every type of yoga that’s offered in Massachusetts and beyond!  In 2016 she earned her 200 hour yoga teaching certification through Chakra Power Yoga, one of her favorite studios, and a place that still feels like home.  Susan teaches a vinyasa style yoga class with an upbeat playlist and often lots of laughs.

Lorena Oreadi-Pepe| Fitness Instructor

Lorena is 47 years old and a mom of 2 kids.  Originally from Venezuela. Once her kids started going to school she found myself bored at home, that is when she discovered Zumba. Lorena instantly fell in love with it because it allowed her to disconnect from the world while moving to the rhythm and exercising. She became certified in 2010 and has been teaching and motivating others to party and tune out the rest of the world.

She is also certified in @Zumba kids, @Zumba step, @Zumba pro-skills, @Zumba in the circuit, @pound and @Strong by Zumba.

Lorena's goal is not just to teach but to create an atmosphere that is fun and welcoming while sharing the love of latin music and dancing, all the while helping others reach their personal fitness goals. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching some of the most timid students, who are newly joined, grow and evolve into vibrant and energetic dancers. She loves watching them get more and more comfortable in her class .
